Miss Milli is the Centre Manager and Educational Leader at our Nambour Centre. Miss Milli’s Early childhood career began in 2020 and holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Miss Milli has been apart of the Capers Early Learning family since 2022.
Working for Capers, allows my job to feel like a second home. I am always feeling so welcomed and supported in every aspect of my role. The opportunities I have had in my time here at capers are nothing short of amazing!
Working in Early Childhood has been a dream of mine since I was younger, the ability to watch and be apart of your little peoples first 5 years is my drive. I love watching as children’s imaginations come to life, leading their own learning and creating an environment where they feel safe and supported. Stepping into the Assistant Manager role, I have watched as my passion expanded into team mentoring, helping educators grow and learn to their full capacity.
Outside of work you’ll find me at the beach exploring with my Moodle puppy Winston, or inside spending valuable time with my friends and family.
