Miss Mechelle is the Educational Leader at our Samford Centre. Miss Mechelle has been a part of the Capers Early Learning family since she started her Early Childhood career in 2021, and has studied and completed her diploma in Children's Services.
Miss Mechelle loves working with the children in the large play based environment at Samford. She has grown beautiful relationships with not only the children, but also the families and other Educators, extending the circle of care and support to our little community.

Miss Mechelle was asked if she would like to be considered for the Educational Leader role by her Centre Manager. Miss Mechelle applied for the position as she wanted to support her growing team and build a great community. Miss Mechelle was ready for more growth as she had finished her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care at the end of 2022.
Miss Mechelle loves to spend time with her family and friends.
