Miss Annie is the Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader at Capers Early Learning Scarborough. Miss Annie began in Early Childhood in 2017 and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Miss Annie joined Capers as a parent first, before beginning her career pathway here in 2020.
Miss Annie loves working in the early childhood sector because every day she witnesses each little person embark on their own unique journey through the early years. It’s a privilege to guide, support, and nurture their natural curiosity as they grow into confident little learners. Miss Annie also values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the children, their families, and our wider community.
Working for Capers has allowed Miss Annie to reach her full potential as an Early Childhood Educator and to pursue her passion by stepping into a leadership role. Throughout her journey, Capers Early Learning has supported Miss Annie in becoming the best leader, educator, and person she can be. She truly feels valued by this incredible organisation.
Miss Annie is passionate about the early years because this is where the foundation for long life learning, confidence and identity begins. The early years is such a special privilege to be apart of as we as educators get to support and empower children on a daily basis. The children’s firsts of life; helping each child discover the world where their “little feet meet” and build connections and relationships as they develop a love for play. Miss Annie believes the early years are full of magic and fun. There is nothing more rewarding than observing and listening to the children’s laughter and joy as they continuously explore and create their own world surrounding them.
Miss Annie enjoys spending quality time with her nearest and dearest; and heading off on spontaneous trips to cerate forever lasting memories with her family and friends.
