Capers Early Learning Samford offers specialised areas for children aged six weeks to six years old, tailored to their developmental stages. Younger children have a sensory-rich space designed for babies up to three years, while older kids enjoy outdoor areas with gardens, a vegetable patch, sandpit, and ample space for imaginative play.
At Capers Early Learning, we focus on holistic child education, ensuring support and nurturing to foster growth and development. We view children as capable learners and provide an inclusive environment to promote their autonomy.
Capers Early Learning Samford will become an integral part of the community, embracing everything that this beautiful town and its residence have to offer. We view all children as capable and offer them the tools to build resilience and to be resourceful in their learning journey as they grow and develop into informed and active citizens within their world.
We pride ourselves on building positive and collaborative partnerships with the children, families, and those within the community. Through respectful communication channels, together we will build a mutual transparency while ensuring that we are inclusive and inviting to all of those we encounter along the way, achieving the best outcomes for children. We always welcome parent input and encourage parent participation in our centre events and activities. We engage with our community and place an emphasis on the core values of our families.
All of our educators hold relevant qualifications for their roles or are studying towards these. Our Educators are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and provide all children with equal opportunities within our play based environment.
We offer an approved kindergarten program which follows the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG). Our Kindergarten area features extensive outdoor play spaces, that challenge and assist in building coordination and agility as well as encourage playing with others.
