  • Team Based Supervision – All rooms have a minimum of two team members rostered. Educators work together to ensure supervision is visible, consistent, and accountable.
  • Educator Wellbeing – Educator wellbeing is supported through regular breaks to ensure observational skills are sharp and stress levels are manageable, and relationships foster safety and wellbeing.
  • Ongoing Training across all members of the organisation in child safeguarding and mandatory reporting requirements, as well as appropriate and inappropriate discipline.
  • Child Safe Culture where the Rights of the Child are centred within our work and Children are listened to, believed, and empowered. Children are treated with respect and dignity every day.
