Miss Alicia is the Assistant Centre Manager at our Northlakes Centre. Miss Alicia’s career in Early Childhood began in 2014 and holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Miss Alicia has been apart of the Capers Early Learning family since 2014.
Miss Alicia loves the support, friendships, the opportunity given to staff to grow and the work/life balance.
Miss Alicia is passionate about helping and guiding little people to grow into becoming confident children that eventually go to school. Miss Alicia is also passionate about building relationships with families, helping the children feel that they belong within our centre and love giving the children the opportunity to explore their world.
Miss Alicia loves to spend time with her family, take her fur babies to the beach and camping in the outdoors.
