Miss Brodie’s career in Early Childhood began in 2013 and holds a Diploma of Children’s Services. Miss Brodie has been apart of the Capers Early Learning family since 2014.
Miss Brodie feels that Capers Early Learning is her home away from home. Leadership opportunities for personal and career development are always available. Miss Brodie feels very supported within the company.

Miss Brodie feels an educational leader is an important part of a team and one that she has always admired. Being able to support a team of educators to create best outcomes for children is Miss Brodies biggest goal and passion. As a Leader, Miss Brodie’s aim is to support, motivate and guide educators to provide this through collaborative partnerships, mentoring opportunities and challenging educators pedagogy. Miss Brodie aims to lead the development and implementation of the educational program, assessment and planning cycle with enthusiasm.
