Within Miss Hayley’s time at Capers Early Learning, she has had the pleasure of caring and shaping children from nursery to pre-kindergarten which has been a wonderful experience and extremely rewarding. Miss Hayley believes it is important to push herself and continue to grow in her career. Miss Hayley feels extremely lucky to have found a career working for a company that supports her to be the best person, leader, and educator she can be all while feeling extremely valued to be part of the team.

I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment that will empower all children to reach their full potential. Miss Hayley is especially passionate about creating hands on learning experiences reflecting on the children’s emerging interests.

Miss Hayley loves to spend time appreciating the outdoors, expanding her plant collection and spending time with her adorable poodle Winston.
