Miss Jess is the Educational Leader at our North lakes Centre. Miss Jess's career in Early Childhood began in 2017 and holds a Diploma of Children’s Services.
I love working with Capers Early Learning, I would have to say that the most rewarding job is one where you get to make a difference, and working in childcare means you’ll be making a difference in the lives of young children every time you head to work seeing the joy and enthusiasm the children share is priceless.
Seeing the children’s development and learning firsthand as they grow and flourish under our Capers Early Learning community. It’s a great privilege to be entrusted with other people’s children and every day is a rewarding opportunity to play a part in the children’s lives supporting and putting a impact in those crucial first five years of our children’s life.
“Working with Capers Early Learning means your days are filled with fun and laughter.”
