Miss Lara started her career in the Early years when she was 17 years old which she then went on to complete her Early Childhood Teaching degree. Miss Lara absolutely loves working with little people and seeing them shine and thrive through the years they spend at Capers Early Learning. Helping them to get settled in a new environment, build strong friendships and develop their potential are my favourite things about what I do.
Miss Lara has been working for Capers Early Learning for am amazing 8 years. She comments it feels good to be part of a company that has the same values as me and where our children and their wellbeing are priority.

When is Miss Lara is not working, she loves spending time with her family, going for a swim with her sons and husband. Also thoroughly enjoys taking care of her garden, play with her puppy dog and having friends over.
