Miss Rach holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has been working in childcare for over 10 years, spending the last five of those being at Capers Early Learning Mango Hill. She progressed into the Educational leader role at the beginning of the year and is excited to work with such a great team. Her goal is to be approachable and to help all staff reach their full potential, whether it be with programming expectations or relationships with children and families.
Miss Rach loves entertaining children through all sorts of activities, but will most often be found singing, dancing or reading stories.
Being able to support children to be the best version of themselves; supporting them to find their passion, creativity, love for learning and empathy for others. But above all, just allowing them to be children, to play and enjoy being in the moment. I'm a big advocate for that.
During her time at home, Miss Rach enjoys going on adventures with her husband, playing with her dogs, or perfecting her makeup skills so she can impress the children with her crazy and colourful eye looks.
